Espresso Fundamentals
Taught by our head roaster and qualified Q-grader, our coffee school is aimed for anyone with a love of coffee. Whether you simply want to learn how to operate your home machine, or are looking for the skills to kick-start your barista career, our coffee crash course was designed for you! Get hands on experience in a relaxed environment and learn various coffee recipes; discover how to pack the perfect shot; practice foaming silky milk properly; and learn how to operate/clean a machine, amongst a myriad of other things.
The course normally runs on Saturday mornings and afternoons. Please purchase online as group heads are limited.
Latte Art Classes
Learn from our skilled instructors to produce beautiful coffee latte art! Designed for baristas or home users with a reasonable level of experience and/or those who have previously completed our Espresso Fundamentals Coffee School class. Our instructor will cover free pouring techniques of hearts, rosettas and tulips and help improve upon more experienced baristas designs.
